By accessing or using the website CloneYourBrain.ai, booking a session, submitting an application, or engaging with any services provided by Clone Your Brain AI Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Clone Your Brain AI Labs provides intellectual property extraction, AI Brain development, and business deployment services. Our services include, but are not limited to, complimentary build-out sessions, full AI Brain development programs, multi-MVP strategy development, and related consulting and technology services. All services are subject to a separate written engagement agreement.
Nothing on this website constitutes a price quote, offer, or commitment to provide services at any particular price. All pricing, scope of work, and program terms are established exclusively through a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time.
Complimentary IP to AI Solutions Build-Out Sessions are offered at no charge and are subject to availability. Participation in a complimentary session does not obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement. Sessions are limited per month and may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Any work product created during a complimentary session is provided as-is without warranty.
In-kind grant eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of Clone Your Brain AI Labs. Mention of in-kind grants on this website does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility or award. Grant terms, conditions, and deliverables are established through a separate written agreement.
Subject to full payment and execution of a written engagement agreement, all AI Brain outputs, trained models, and intellectual property developed specifically for you through our program are owned by you. Clone Your Brain AI Labs retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, extraction frameworks, training processes, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our proprietary methods to you.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose; to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems; to interfere with the proper functioning of our website; or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use or enjoyment of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clone Your Brain AI Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website or services.
